Through Flourish Coaching by The VTF Collective, Coach Kesha equips authors, entrepreneurs, and ministry leaders to grow personally and professionally with clarity, strategy, and biblical wisdom. Her heart for service also extends to equipping new publishers to launch their own hybrid publishing ventures built on integrity and impact.

LaKesha holds certifications in Spiritual and Mental Health First Aid (SMHFA), Human Flourishing Coaching, Professional Mental Health Coaching, and Business Coaching. She is a Trained Sexual Assault Victim Advocate and an active member of the International Christian Coaching Association (ICCA). Currently, she is pursuing her Master of Arts in Christian Care at Capital Bible Seminary.

As a virgin waiting until marriage, and as both a survivor and overcomer, LaKesha boldly advocates for abstinence and purity until marriage, using her own testimony to encourage others toward healing, wholeness, and freedom in Christ.

Known for her transparency, humor, and faith-filled teaching style, Coach Kesha uses her testimony and experience to guide others from pain to purpose. Whether preaching the Gospel, coaching a visionary, or publishing the next bestseller, her mission remains the same:

LaKesha resides in Maryland, where she enjoys serving her community through both business and ministry. When she’s not writing or teaching, you can find her traveling, watching movies, exploring new brunch spots, indulging in her LEGO hobby, or creating memories with family and close friends.
