Submissions

Our Submission & Review Process

We don’t publish everything—because your message deserves more than just a platform. It deserves purpose.

At The VTF Collective, we take great care in who and what we publish. Every manuscript is prayerfully and professionally reviewed to ensure alignment with our mission: to amplify Christian voices that inspire, equip, and transform.

Here’s how our process works:

1. Initial Submission

Submit your manuscript or proposal using the guidelines below. We only accept submissions through our secure online portal. We do not review unsolicited email or DM submissions.

2. Internal Review

Our editorial team will carefully assess your submission for:

  • Quality and clarity of writing

  • Market readiness and reader appeal

  • Alignment with our values and publishing mission

We understand how important this step is. You can expect a response within 10 business days.

3. Decision Email

Once your manuscript has been reviewed, you will receive one of the following:

✅ Accepted – You’ll be invited to move forward with a publishing consultation to discuss your book, your goals, and which of our packages is best for your journey.

❌ Not a Fit at This Time – You’ll receive a respectful notification and may request a follow-up call to receive feedback and next steps.

Submission Guidelines

To ensure a fair and efficient review, please follow these guidelines carefully. Submissions that don’t meet the criteria may be delayed or declined without review.
